  • Legal Agreement

    When clients buy a service from Perfect Shopify, they agree to follow the terms of this legal contract. This includes helping respond to legal notices involving trademarks, patents, or lawsuits. If the client decides to close their business, they must send the proper cancellation documents to officially remove their business name from public records. This helps protect them from legal issues tied to that business name. If the client does not send these documents, Perfect Shopify is not responsible for any legal problems or damages the client may face because of the name being used improperly.

  • Revision Policy

    The number of revisions you receive depends on the package you choose. You are entitled to the number of revisions listed in your package. We’re committed to delivering high-quality service and will keep making changes until you’re fully satisfied, as long as the main design concept stays the same. There are no extra fees for these included revisions. You’ll get your updated design within 48 hours.

    If you ask for changes after the final website design has been approved, those requests will be treated as a new order and will have additional costs.

  • Refund Policy

    Perfect Shopify does not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

    • You selected a special or custom package.
    • The main design concept has already been approved.
    • You have requested revisions.
    • You canceled the project for reasons not related to our company.
    • You have not contacted us for more than two weeks during the project.
    • You have violated any of our company policies.
    • You hired another designer or company for the same project.
    • Your creative brief is incomplete or missing key information.
    • You are requesting a complete design change.
    • Your business is closing or changing its name.
    • You changed your mind, disagreed with a partner, or cited unrelated reasons.
    • If you’re unhappy with one service in a bundle, a refund may only be given for that specific service, not the entire bundle.
    • No refunds are available after 7 days from the purchase date.
    • No refunds are given once the website design is approved and sent for development.
    • Refund requests won’t be accepted once the design is approved.
    • A partial refund (up to 25%) may be offered if you don’t provide the required project brief within 10 days of placing your order.
    • No refunds are available after the final delivery of files following your approval.

    Note: Perfect Shopify reserves the right to decline any project or cancel a contract at its discretion. If a refund is issued, you will lose all rights to the designs, which will remain the exclusive property of Perfect Shopify.

  • Claim Your Refund

    If you are eligible for a refund based on our refund policy, please follow these steps to submit your request:

    Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond as quickly as possible. After completing the necessary review, we will begin the refund process.

    Please note: After your refund is processed, you will lose all rights to any designs created by Perfect Shopify. All designs will be submitted for copyright registration with the appropriate government agencies to ensure legal ownership and compliance.

  • Quality Assurance Policy

    At Perfect Shopify, we’re committed to delivering high-quality work that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. Our design team carefully researches and crafts each design to reflect your vision. We take pride in producing top-tier results for every client.

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

    We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your design. While the number of revisions depends on your selected package, our team will keep refining the work until it meets your approval. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Delivery Policy

    Your full order will be delivered to the account you provided at the time of purchase, on the date mentioned in your Order Confirmation. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once the order is sent.

    Turnaround times vary by package, with a minimum of 2 business days. For urgent requests, please reach out to our customer support team.

  • Record Maintenance

    We keep records of all finalized designs for your convenience. If you lose access to your files, we can resend them upon request. Please note that a small fee applies for retrieving files from our archives.

  • Customer Support

    Our customer support team is available 24/7 to help with any questions or concerns you may have. We’re committed to providing prompt and effective assistance whenever you need it.

  • Communication Policy

    You agree that Perfect Shopify is not responsible for any communication sent from email addresses not ending in our official domain (...perfectshopify.com) or from toll-free numbers not listed on our website.

    We are not liable for any damage or issues caused by communication from unofficial sources. We only take responsibility for messages and calls made through:

    • Official email addresses under our domain
    • Toll-free numbers listed on our official website

    Project reactivation charges may apply if a client does not respond within 45 days. Perfect Shopify accepts full responsibility for all communications sent through our verified contact information.
